8 Hour Abundance and Manifestation Guided Sleep Meditation
Welcome to our Sleep Meditations! We have created this series as a way to help you re- program your subconscious mind while utilizing the ‘theta state’ that we enter into each and every day.
Theta brain waves become present during those moments before drifting into deep sleep and in the moments as we are waking up from sleep. Theta is essentially a hypnosis state in which our subconscious mind is receptive and able to download new information.
The first seven years of our life is when our subconscious mind is being developed. Children are predominantly in theta up until about age 7. As we continue to grow and learn beyond those first years, our experiences and interactions create our subconscious self-beliefs, how we perceive ourselves and how we carry ourselves through life.
So, how can we use this information to our benefit? We can re-program our subconscious mind (the part of our minds that science says is responsible for 95% of how we operate our lives) and eliminate negative belief systems, habits and anything that no longer serves us.
