Letting go is a part of life.  We must let go, in order to make space for that which is truly in alignment with our own values, needs and desires.  However, this process within our journey does not come without difficulty.  Letting go can be incredibly hard emotionally, physically and spiritually.  Whether you are letting go of someone, a relationship, or the past, you should find this meditation useful in easing you into this process.

This meditation for letting go is full of uplifting wisdom, gentle reminders to keep moving forward and to remember to honor exactly where you are in your own journey. Use the affirmations at the end of the meditation to solidify your being and realize all the emotions and baggage you carry are within your control.  

You have everything you need and desire already within you. Your body carries innate wisdom and already knows how to support you through this journey. Be gentle, patient and kind with yourself always.
