There are so many things in life that contribute to how worthy we feel, how confident we feel and how likely we are to take risks and dive into the unknown.  The more that we begin to believe that we are innately worthy of our hearts deepest desires, the further we can journey towards relationships, experiences and our inner gifts with unwavering trust, confidence and love.

This meditation takes you on a journey towards your current beliefs around worthiness and encourages gentle introspection.  Within this journey, you are invited to re-write stories and are reminded that it is completely safe for you to let your dreams and desires come to life.
