Embracing Yourself & Trust The Process Walking Meditation
In a moment of deep gratitude and surrender, this meditation was channeled through me. As these words were coming through, I found myself feeling uplifted, supported and inspired. As a result, I finessed the words and it all became a walking meditation.
This walking meditation is about trust and surrender. It’s about trusting where you are at and allowing all emotions to flow through you. Without judgement and without resistance. It’s about accepting that polarity is a part of this journey.
So give yourself permission to be exactly where you are, just as you are. In the here and now. Honour what comes up and gently remind yourself that you are doing such an incredible job and that you’re deepest desires will come to life at the most perfect time.
