Guided Walking Meditation - Stepping Into Your Own Power
This meditation was channeled in 2021. I (Karisa) have left the words as is, honouring what came through me and trusting that it will be medicine for those who are meant to receive it. It is probably our longest meditation yet and we are so excited to have this out in the world!
So, a little bit about these channeled words…
Well, it’s about trusting yourself, trusting your timing and trusting the universe. It’s about having the courage to deep dive into difficult emotions and to release trauma. It’s about having the strength and perseverance to re-write old stories, push past fear and limiting beliefs, while surrendering completely to your own unique process. It’s about having patience for when it feels like what you’ve been calling in, isn’t coming.
Because when we begin to go inwards, we get clear on our mission, we get clear on our desires, we get clear on what brings us joy and pleasure. We begin to feel our own power! Our relationships change and evolve, and the depth of connection within and all around, brings us to even new levels of health and vitality and well-being. And when we are healthy, and thriving, we’re even MORE clear!
We have the energy to give and to serve, to give without expectations of receiving, always remembering that when we give, we do receive. And this new depth of connection, and feeling seen and heard and loved and supported in our relationships, it makes us feel like we never want to live alone again, that we want be in community, in unity, and as one with mother earth.
Maybe, just maybe, this is what will change the world. One by one, as we go inwards, into darkness with strength and courage, allowing it all to be released. Perhaps this is where it all begins.
